Passport returned back to passport office

Sir,

My passport file no is LKO-A187605-10.before 2 months the status was dispatched but i didn't recieve my passport yet. But it is not showing any status right now. I have already complaint to regional passport office Lucknow but they didn't take any needful action.

Please do the needful
