It is 8 months till now i have'nt received my passport yet. The status in the enquiry says that "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" since the month of may 2nd 2011. Besides this even the GRIEVANCE email address is also not working, i want to know that "is it compulsory to pay bribe to the govt to get any work done"?..
