MISGUIDANCE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for the passport in the month of February through an agent named Sagar (Holiday Tours & Travels). As per my agent all my documents are correct and i will get my passport in 2 months.

But later on i found he had given me wrong information and misguiding me from last 9 months. He had taken Rs. 1000 extra from me for assistance but till beginning he had not did anything for me.

Also passport office is processing my application very slowly, every time they will come with some new rule and tell this thing is pending. I need my passport urgently due to some medical emergency

My complaint is against my agent Mr Sagar (Holiday Tours & Travels Pune) and also against Pune Passport Office for delay in process
