Respected join secretary (CPV) sir on the date of march 22 my relative name MUZAMMIL HAQUE had submitted a passport application in Kolkata office his refernce no.-A030939

my relative had got the passport and he checked the passport he find some spellings mistakes in his Name and Date of Birth spellings is wrong and the passport was also damaged, Pls Sir correct my Name and Date of Birth of the passport book pls change this sir pls pls pls...

Iam requesting you Sir pls give me a new Passport as soon as possible.
