Delay for passport

Hi sir

Iam padmakar mishra . i have applied for passport in 19-4 year from lucknow.but, wrote a lot of mails to delhi head office, is response no answer, now this year going I am going toAmerica for a job. Ihave completed to all formalities in Police Department along with police verification is complete, but My passport has very delay.and the currently showing the status of my passport (police report has been submitted for policy section plz see the pro)..
