I have applied for my passport lucknow. few days back the status is changed to. Furnish New duly filled EAP (1)-(Fresh Passport Application Form) with correct answers in YES/NO columns, declaration duly signed by applicant. Answers in |X| or |/| or any other signs are not acceptable.sir could not get the meaning of it.please tell me what i have to do.my file no is. LKO-A002042-12.my email-id is [email protected]
