Myself Mr. Akshay Anil Parte. I got my fresh passport on 13/06 but it is not in proper condition. That passport cover was open & front page of passport is also wet so that my photo on passport is not seeing properly. I asked to that delivery man about it but he said "barish ke mosam me aisa hi hota hai". please sir help me. now what should i do?
