Delay in getting passport

Sir.

i have applied for the passport in november.my verification number is z010171.Police enquiry is finished and whenever iam watching the status of my passport, its showing that 'will be dispatched in a week's time. But i didnt get it till now. And its been eight months that i applied for it.please verify this.
