Passport Delay
Delay newborn passport

I have applied for my new baby passport on March 17th and Police verification completed in April, so far i didnot recieve passport. I have been emailing passport office but no response and their telephone lines always busy and if it rings they will not pick. As im abroad i cant travel to Banglore for checking. Is there any way my issue can be solved.
