This is to state that I applied for renewal of the passport in Jan and am yet to receive my passport. Upon enquiry at the passport office, they mentioned the renewed passport number, date of issuance but it is waiting to be despatched. This is teh status on the website for the last 2 months now. Looks like no one is interested in helping / rendering the due service to the public despite taking the money for that.
Is some one listening to all this - am sure no and no one is going to read this email as well.
I need to return to US in the 2nd week of May and they are playing around with my career and my life when they have no rghts to do that. Will the passport officials get me a job if I dont reach there on time.. I would like to know. Do they have answers to my question?
Once the appliant goes in person why dont they plan to handover the passport, that can save the government from some postal charges and the agony from the public side.
This is an appeal to the government officials who seem to have the power and they act very careless when it comes to performing their duty.
Is someone listeining to all this or is it just falling into deaf ears is the big question!!..
