I have applied for my passport on Dec 10. My police verification from madivala completed on Feb 14. Yesterday i went to the Commissioner office, bangalore and got the information that my police verification report is scaned and uploaded in www.passportindia.gov.in but my status has not changed in www.passportindia.gov.in. When i call to call centre 1800-258-1800, employee says that once police verification report will be uploaded in www.passportindia.gov.in, status will be automatically changed.
Its look like www.passportindia.gov.in website is not working correctly.
How can i trace my passport application?
What is the use of call centre, if no one can satisfy the applicant.
