sub- delay in my passport delivery!

dear sir,

I have applied for passport on 30th August my file no. Is LKO-A149891-10. My police Vegilence verification is complete on 7th December. But till now i have not received my passport. I already Have maild to the Passport officer on ID:&-quot;[email protected]" and had reply that "Necessary Action please..for SO (PG)."...

what the other steps are being take to deliver my passport as soon as possible...

please inform...
