DELAY in PASSPORT issue

Hi Ram Sridhar,

My cousin SaiSamrat has applied passport on 20-10 till date he has not received passport. Its been 10months over there is no proper response from passport office.

Below is the file reference number:

File Reference Number: HYD-R011014-10 Application Date : 20-10

Applicant's Name: SAI SAMRAT MALKA Applicant's Date of Birth : 17-08-1990

If check the status online it shows...

STATUS :

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

THIS SAME MESSAGE IS DISPLAYING FROM LAST MONTHS.

whom do we need to contact inorder to work done on urgent/priority basis..

Is it since the address is of Warangal locations getting delayed...?

or is any option to collect the passport from Warangal, AP location...?

Is passport office management is not capable to issue the passports to the other districts apart from Hyderabad...?

Please let me know what need to be done inorder get the passport asap.

Please do the needful on priority.
