Passport office Hyderabad - Passport Not Delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for passport on 20/12 with ARN - 11-3628496 and File Number - HY1061357287612.It's almost 3 months since I applied for passport. The status is updated as "Passport application has been granted and Police Verification Report has been submitted. You would receive an email/sms once the passport is dispatched" long back but not dispatched till date (17/03). When I am calling customer care to know the status, but they are also not sure when they are going to dispatch the passport. I kindly request you to dispatch my passport as soon as possible.

Please give valuable suggestions and guidance to solve my problem.
