I have applied for my passport (now 4 months old) on April 17th and police enquiry has been done. however we didn't recieve any updates on this till date. When i check the status from site a short messege coming (It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time)
Below are the application details:

Applicant's Name: VIJAY KUMARI AUHARI KARAMALA
Application Date : 28-05
Applicant's Date of Birth : 29-05-1985.
As per observation, there is a spelling mistake in website its showing my name as "VIJAY KUMARI AUHARI KARAMALA " instead of "VIJAYKUMAR ACHARI KARAMALA.
Could you please verify the same and do the needful.
