Passport not received

Dear Sir

I, K.Kamal Teja with File No - HYD-A006611, have applied for pasport on 04/02, the police verification was completed and the report was also forwarded to your office as conformed from SP office at Khammam. But till date the passport was not delivered to me, the status is appearing as " OTHERS" in the net. Will any body answers to my prayers. My efforts to contact persons at enquiry in vain. Please help me in this regard.
