Passport not received

Hi

this is Siba. I had applied passport from Bhubaneswar on Mar 08. My file number is A007599-08. Police verification is done. I submitted another remind form in passport office in August'09. Till now i did not get any response. Hope will get some reply here. Till now wondering what is the exact approach to get this issue resolved.

Please help me. It's already 1.8 yrs till i had applied passport.
