11 months delay in getting passport

I am trying to call on these numbers :080 - 25706100, 25706101, 25706102. But no luck. Could you please let me know the status of my son's passport. His full name is "Aditya R Bennur" and Date of Birth is " OCT 21". We have applied for passport for almost 9 months.. Why it is taking long time for child passport.

I tried to track the status via above file number..But i am not getting the error message... Could you please provide me the correct File number.

If you are not providing the correct solution to the user, i think there is no point in having dedicted customer care.
