Passport Getting delayed

I applied my passport on Tatkal through Passport Seva Kendra, Lal

Bagh, bangalore on Dec 10 and its pending for the last 5 months.

My current police verification is cleared but passport is still pending with Policy Section Room No 27, Bangalore RPO office since Feb 15. RPO office bangalore did not inform me about the delay.

Policy section is saying your old police verification has adverse report thats why we can not issue your passport but it was already sent by RTO office patna reason for adverse report.

Please intervene in this issue and issue my passport as soon as possible
