The External Affairs Ministry Of India has its own website for Online Registration and Information regarding Issuing of passport.
I have travelled 500km twice to submit my online But each time the Officials of Passport Office, Bhopal have reject my form because my name in the printed verification form was written by hand.
My police verification was already done at my native district and i have also get a verification certificate issued by an IAS.
There is no information regarding this in the information booklet and in the website. Also there are a lot of information at the desk are not in the website during online registration and in the booklet.
The Officials also admit that there are some mandatory informations are not provided in the website.
I have suffered a lot of inconvinience and lost money in travelling and staying in Bhopal twice due to incomplete information provided.
