Not get any update for Passport Application

Sir i'm Manish Kumar Singh from Indore.

i have applied for the passport for my wife and child on 11/05 from Indore and i checked the status on passport website passport.nic.in/ my applicaon No is BPL Z 298432512 and BPL Z 298432412 but when i check it on www.mp.gov.in/passport/ in status of application there is shown that file record not found or invalid

so what is the real status of my passport as i'm stucked in Indore, Not get any information. Please suggest.
