I had applied for a passport on 10th august file no.(A 037513). At the time of police verification i was not in city. I got a letter from the passport office stating if i did not submit the letter with 15 days the passport will be cancelled. i had visited the passport office within 6 days and submitted the letter. the police verification was done in december and february but after that their is no informatiion of my passport. I visited the passport office several times and submitted the letter everytime i went.

Hence i request the cheif incharge of passport office to issue my passport as soon as possible.
