I have applied for passport vide File no.- BHUW39006910 and keyno.-0139006910 on

dated 18/05 given by Head Post Office, Berhampur. But no information has been

collected in this regard neither from your officer nor from internet site. Internet shows

File no. is either wrong or information is not available.

Therefore, I request you kindly send to me the correct file no. in the internet

and the status of my passport for which I am able to fulfill my information.
