It took a month for the police department to carry out the address and identity verification. Once that was done, it took 15 more days for the status to be updated on the RPO Web site. Now it has been 3 months since we first applied and your web site still shows the status of our application as:
Police Report is clear. Application is under process.
How much longer do we have to wait for a passport??? Due to this delay, I have already missed out an opportunity at work.
