Dear sir my passport was issued from delhi, in my passport my mothers name AMMINI THANKACHAN instead of AMMINI, and my place birth COCHIN KERALA instead of KOLENCHERY .please inform me about the procedure to correct my mothers name and place of birth in my passport, please reply me as early as possible on my email id
