Deley in passport

Hi,

Though i dont know lodging this complain will help me or not but still hoping that complain reaches the right ears i am raising my voice. myself, applied for passport in jan. file ref. no. BLY A000201, but the online status is :- It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.

NOTE that before 2 FEb it was showing on line status - your passport will be dispatch on 2nd feb.

but now status has changed after 2nd feb...

so pls help me regarding the same...
