This is to inform that on my Passport No. G9526085 issued on 18/07 Name- Manju Shrotriya Made from Regional Passport Office Chandigarh, They have wrongly mentioned Father's Name as Mahesh Shrotriya instead of Mahesh Chand Rawat and the spelling of My husband's surname is wrongly written as SAROTRIYA instead of SHROTRIYA. Kindlt advice how this correction can be done and steps to be taken.
