Did not receive my passport yet

I applied for Passport in July. Police inquery came to my place and verified all the details and submitted reports to passport office.

As per police person i should get the passport after 1 month of inquery but i have not received that yet.

I already went to passport office 2-3 times but no one is giving proper response. Getting passport for me is very urgent.
