Non receipt of passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport on 16.09.09 and police verification also over. For the last 2 months whenever I am checking the status of my application, it is flashed in the message, "It is regretted that due to unavoidable circumstances despatch of passport is delayed and it will be despatched within a week's time. Now 2 months have elapsed but I don't know when I will get the passport. Please arrange to despatch the same at the earliest.
