Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Ravi Mishra. I applied for passport on 05-04 at Nehru Place office New Delhi. My Police verification is clear in a week time afterwards. Notably when i checked the status of my passport on 10th of May it stated to contact PRO on any working day between 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. When i contacted the PRO on 13th of May i was asked to submit some more residetial proofs. I submited four residential proofs viz, Bank account statement, University ID card and my two appointment letters from my previous and current employers thereafter on 14th May. Unfortunately even after submitting the proof of residential address and visiting the Bhikaji Cama place twice, i get the same message on the site. In my application dated 14th May i had clearly stated that i need the passport urgently as i have to leave for Australia on 6th June for my official assignment.
Could you please look into the matter as it is really urgent and i may end up incuring financial loss if my passport is not issued to my before 6th June.
