Non receipt of passport

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have applied for the passport for my wife Meenakshi Varyani for the name & address change (after marriage). The application was submitted on 11/10 with File No DLH-Y013701-10.

Police enquiry was done within few days and now site shows the message" Police Report is clear, application is under process" from last 3 and half months (till today- 14/2).

Since then there is no updation of status on site. Now I require the passport urgently. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
