Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I submitted my passport application form on 19/04 in Nehru Place District passport Office. Moreover, I submitted the personal particular form in Sri Niwas Puri Police Station in the month of June. But on the status Portal of Passport Office Website displays that submit the personal particular form for residential period less than one year. Sir I am residing in Delhi since Jan in same address and I have enough documents to show that I am residing here more than one year. I went to Sri Niwaspuri Police Station. The Passport police verification officer told me that police verification Form sent in the month of June. I have no response received yet by the passport superintendent while I have visit personally four times but he always told me your passport is in process. I sent many email before to concerned officer in the passport office but not any action taken by him in this regard. So please I request your kind honor to effective favorable steps in this regard.
