Passport Office Ghaziabad
Incorrect name of Spouce

I Applied for passport of my wife at Ghaziabad Passport office, even though my name was correctly mentioned on passport, passport office put my name in reverse order on passport.

Have tried to followup with passport office however got no response.

could you please advise how may I proceed further to get my name changed in my Wife's passport?
