Delay in issue of passport for my kid

Respected Sir,

As on Dt: 16-10, we have applied for passport for my daughter (Hemasree), and in December itself police inquiry has been completed but we haven't received the passport. We couldn't able to see the status thru online too.

Could you please look into this issue and do needful.
