Non Availability of Toilets

Passport office-Hyderabad do not have public Toilets inside that big complex... I doubt on the availability of the drinking water too... I took water from my residence, but i can't take the toilet no???

I feel this is a mininum requirement for any Public Office / Govt. Office

Once a person goes inside the "Q"... it will be a tough time...
