Not received passport even after 8 months

Dear sir / it is agonising to inform that a doctor (cardiac surgeon) has not recieved the passport aftre 8 months of submission for renewl.date of submission 6/04 the file no is F-100575.as i am trvelling for conferences and suegical work shops frequently. iam unable to do it. please help me in this regard.

also when enquired on line the complaint was unable to send.
