Passport office Hyderabad
Passport was ready .. But not getting dispatched

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my daughters passport (File no: HYDC00785) on 11-January through TATKAL at PO Hyderabad. As per the FAQs mentioned in the site, and also the date was given is one week i.e. on 19-11

The status on the online was showing Passport was ready on 19-01. But till now I have not received it.

Also i am not receiving any response for the SMS sent for the status. And phone nos are not updated on the site for inquiry.

Kindly let me know when i could receive my daughters passport? And provide me the details, why this status was kept as Ready without dispatching.
