Delay on Delivery

Hi,

My sister Manjula Ponnala applied for passport on 15-04 and police enquiry was over. But still the passport is not delivered. From past one month status is showing as will be delivered in one week. But still not delivered. Passport office customer care is not working. There is no place to know the status.
