PCC not received

Respected sir,

i have given application on 19/7 for the requirment of PCC... its delaying as i need it urgent before my interview..i hav to submit it to the visa centre... w/o dat my file is incomplete... its a very serious matter... i hav visited passport office several times n filled the form PPF again for the rapid procedure... til now no1 has cum for enquiry ..its already 25 days i hav submitted my passport... i request u to.plz kindly look into the matter n process to its earliest...
