Hi, My kids application (File Reference No: HYD-I000687-11) has been submitted on Application Date:05-02. The police verification was done in the month of March. The Passport Verification Status shows as Incomplete in the Dispatch Reference Document Number 193/IP/VC/SB/CYB.
The status on the passport status website shows as "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined". This message is has not been changed from more than 4 months and no communication from the passport office.
Can this be looked and expedite the process.
