Delay in dispatch of passport

Hi,

I am Samudrala Mani Kanta. I applied for fresh passport on 14th march. My file number is Z10076111.I completed my police verification on 21 th march. When i checked my passport status it says " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ".

Please help to solve this problem.
