Delay of my passport

(Z510337 Hyd year :2010)

I applied for passport before one year.police enquiry completed with in 10 to 15 days from application date.

but still i am waiting for my passport.

in August - 2010 i gave complaint in passport adalat program.

but there is no reply.

what i have to do.
