Passport Query Reg: File Ref. No-W07133009 of NITIN JAIN.

Dear Sir,

I am resident of Bhilwara, Rajasthan and i am working in ICICI Bank Ltd and its not a public company.

I submitted my passport Application form on 09 Oct in passport office Jaipur. Police inquiry happened on time.

Everything is ok, even their website is showing that -INDICATE DETAILS OF YOUR PROFESSION. IF IN GOVERNMENT SERVICE PLEASE FURNISH "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE"(IN ORIGINAL) FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT AS PER "ANNEXURE-E" OF THE INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION FORM. THE NOC MUST BEAR THE REFERENCE NO. AND DA.

This message is being shown on their website since last 11 months.
