Incomple police report and the case is being examined

Hello Sir,

My name is Vidyadhar and I am awaiting my passport since last 1 year. I applied on 18/12 and after the police verification the status on the website of Passport office is "The police report is incomplete and the case is being examined". I met with the concerned person at the passport office Jaipur and was advised to fill some "PP" form. I have done that thrice and have inquired many a times and was disappointed by how they responded. They are not going to dispatch my pp form to the next concerned dept. until and unless I will go with a strong "jack" which I suppose I won't be able to arrange anyhow.

Sir, I really need your assistance.
