Unecessary delay in processing of passport application

I have applied for passport self (File No.-JPR-W080008) and wife (File No.-JPR-W08009) on 04 Jan through Bikaner Post Office. Police verification has been done and report sent by local police station on 16 Mar 11. Jaipur site is still showing the status "Police report has not been received".
