I had applied for a new passport on 07/02, file ref no. JPR A 004862-11.THE CURRENT STATUS SAYS THAT YOU HAD applied for/obtained a passport in past, why didn't you mention this fact in your application. now submit your old passport with a photocopy of it.

this is ridiculous. i have never applied for a passport in past, so i don't possess any passport. i have written to the passport officer also through email and ordinary post.

there is no reply.

what should i do?
