Not recine the Pass port

My passport no is A 01385906 but i did not received my passport till date plz clear what is the problem. and where ever I go to inquire about the file the cont.person do not want to meet me and say that he has not find the file and when i inquire through SMS on 919706000191 the reply is "your Police verification is clear. Application is under process" what to do please inform me. Ones they have asked me to submit all the documents and I have submitted all the documents but know still the file is pending The name of the officer is Mr. GOGOI
