I have applied for the new passport at Passport Seva Kendra, Lalbag. It has been 2 month 15 days but there is no status receieved on it after the submitted application. The passport seva kendra IVR and customer care is providing me the status that it has been sent to the Commission's office bangalore but they have not yet received the details on the same. We tried contacting the Local police station and they told that they have not received the file number either. I am not understanding what needs to be done in this regards.

Please help me out on this so that i can receive my passport ASAP.
