Passport Office Lucknow
Passport not dispatched

Sir,

I applied for new passport at passport office lucknow on 06 Aug. It's been 10 months but my passport have not been dispatched till now. I send the mails 20 times in this regard but they never replied. I lodged a RTI against this on 5th May but still they did not reply.

If they do not even care about RTI, I do not know what to do now.
