Passport Not recieved

I applied for change of photo in my passport in Lucknow office, My original passport number is J8236674 and file number LKOZ26174811.

On submission of photo change application form with old passport, file Number LKO-H031064-11 was communicated to me. But now when I am checking on internet. It is showing file number LKO-H031064-11 is either wrong or information not available. I wrote to Assistant Passport Officer Lucknow office twice, but didn’t receive any reply. I request you to plz have look into the matter and let me know the expected delivery date of my new passport.
